You will receive your merchandise in 2-10 business days from the time you place your order, depending on many factors. We take anywhere from 1-5 days to process/fulfill orders, depending on the items ordered, and then transit times vary from 1-5 days depending on your shipping location. Campus Den can't 100% guarantee the availability of products as errors do occur. We will notify you of delayed or back ordered items via email within two business days of order placement. Types of Shipping
We use UPS, and Ground refers to their standard level of service. The map below details time in transit for packages going from our location in Michigan to your shipping address. Please note these times don't include our processing/fulfillment time (1-5 Days).
This method adds 1-5 days to the times listed in the map above. We offer these options to allow for a cheaper but slower shipping option. USPS picks up your package from our facility and delivers it to your shipping address.
If you need overnight or 2-day shipping, we ask that you place your order over the phone as this allows us to check inventory levels and pricing to ensure that your items arrive on time. You can call us at 888-484-9990, Mon - Fri 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Orders shipping to US addresses are eligible for free or reduced shipping once they meet a total order threshold. We ship "Free Shipping" orders using the Standard via USPS service, which can add one to five days to your shipping time to the map above. "Reduced shipping" applies the UPS Ground service. You can find details on our current in-transit shipping times using the map above. For shipping addresses in the contiguous 48 states, the order total threshold is $75, and for AK, HI, or PR, the minimum is $150. International orders do not qualify for free or reduced shipping. Shipping charges reflect calculated rates directly from UPS from our shipping facility to your shipping address.
Customers are responsible for shipping returns to Campus Den. The only exception is if the fault with the order is ours (e.g., damaged item, wrong item/size sent). Sales Tax and Shipping
Campus Den is required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Michigan. The State of Michigan sales tax law includes shipping and handling as a taxable item. Campus Den may be required to charge sales tax on items that are sold in or shipped to a location outside the state of Michigan. However, generally, sales tax does not apply for out of state transactions.
