MVP is a free rewards program offered by CampusDen.com that lets you earn points on your purchases and redeem them toward a future purchase. It's a reward program for doing what you already do: shop online with Campus Den. It's as simple as signing up, earning points, and redeeming!
The benefits of being an MVP include saving money by earning 3 points on each dollar of eligible purchase, redeeming earned points for coupons, being eligible for bonus earning periods, and the ability to share the program with your family and friends for bonus points.
JOINING
All that it takes to join the online MVP program is to create an account for our website. Click here to sign up for an account if you don't already have one. You must have an account on the Campus Den website to enjoy the benefits of MVP.
Citizens of the United States and Canada at or above age 18 are eligible for enrollment in the program. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.
EARNING
Every dollar spent is worth 5 points. Points will be awarded based on your subtotal after discounts. Tax, shipping and handling fees, and the purchase of gift cards will not earn points.

Yes, Campus Den will occasionally offer opportunities to earn bonus points. These will be announced via email and in store prior to the start of the event.

You can view your past transactions and how many points you received by logging into your account. Once logged in, you can see your points along with the history of your points by clicking the orange MVP icon.
Yes. Please get in touch with Customer Service. We will verify your information on the accounts. Once we confirm that all accounts belong to you, we can integrate the points into one account.
If you return an item, the applicable point value for the item returned will be deducted from your total points.
Yes, you can pay with a gift card and earn points at the same time. Points earned depend on the amount of your purchase, not your payment method.
REDEEMING
To redeem the points you have earned, make sure that you log in to your account or create one if not. You will see the MVP trophy icon near the bottom of your screen. Click it. If you are signed in, you will see your points balance and a few options. Click "All Rewards" and there will be an option to redeem your points. Choose your desired redemption. You will be issued a coupon code to use at check out.
Yes, you must redeem at least 100 points, and points can only be redeemed in increments shown at the time of redemption.
There is no limit on how many points you can redeem at once. You redeem as many as you are capable of saving. However, points can only be redeemed at tiers of 100, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 points.

Yes, you can redeem points with other promotional offers. However, some restrictions may apply.
No, you cannot use points toward the purchase of a gift card. Your points are redeemed as a coupon and coupons cannot be applied to gift cards.
No, points earned online through the MVP Club can only be used online and not in store. Same as Season Ticket points, they can only be used in-store and not online.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
You can view your past transactions and how many points you received by logging into your account. Once logged in you can see your points along with your points history by clicking the MVP icon.
You can change your information by logging into your account and making any necessary changes through the Account Information navigation at the left of the page.
Your personal information is used solely to identify you within the MVP Program. We do not share, distribute, solicit, or otherwise use any information collected from you.
No, however, you can choose to join our email list. Periodically, those who are members of both programs may receive promotional information.
To be removed from the program online your user account must be deleted. This must be done by an employee of Campus Den, so please contact our Customer Service and they will be able to delete your account for you.
If you leave the MVP Program, you can choose to redeem the remaining value of your points. Otherwise, your points will be deleted and no longer available.
