Order Status

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, sometimes things happen, and it takes us an extra day or two. You will receive your merchandise 2-10 business days after ordering depending on many factors, including but not limited to stock quantity, shipping address, and shipping method selected. Please be aware that holiday time and other major events may delay order processing.

Has my order shipped?

Most likely yes. However, you should have received an email with a tracking number when it shipped. Please log in to your account to check your order status or Contact Us to get an update.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once an order has been placed the quantities are not editable by the customer, but our staff can make edits to the order. If you need to add/remove items from your order or change other data, such as the email or shipping address, please Contact Us.

How do I track my order?

Please log in to your account to check your order tracking or Contact Us to get an update.

My order never arrived. What do I do?

Please Contact Us to discuss the nature of the issue. We will gladly get to the bottom of the issue and fix the problem.

An item is missing from my shipment. What do I do?

Please Contact Us to discuss what item is missing. We will gladly get you the missing item.

My product is missing parts. What do I do?

Please Contact Us to discuss what part is missing. We will gladly fix the problem.

When will my backorder arrive?

We likely will not have an exact date, but most back ordered items ship within 15 business days.

How do I create an account?

Click ‘Account’ and then click ‘Create Account’. Follow the prompts from there.

How do I edit my account information?

You can add a new address to the website. All other changes need to be completed by contacting us.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click ‘Account’ and then click ‘Forgot your password?’. Follow the prompts from there.

How do I return my product/What is your return policy?

Pricing and Billing

Do I pay sales tax?

Orders with shipping addresses in Michigan pay a 6% sales tax on products and the cost of shipping. All other shipping locations do not pay sales tax currently.

What are my payment options?

We accept the four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), as well as Google Pay.

My charges are not correct. What do I do?

Please Contact Us to discuss the nature of the issue. We will gladly fix any charges that are found to be incorrect.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. What do I do?

Log in to your account to see your previous orders or Contact Us to get a copy emailed to you.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Please allow 72 hours after we process a refund for the credit to appear on your account.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be authorized immediately resulting in a pending charge. The charge will finalize the day we ship your order.

You can use the search icon (magnifying glass) to search the site for items you are looking for, or you can navigate through our categories.
