The New Year means a fresh start for us. We are ready to put 2019 behind us and move forward into 2020 with new ideas and goals. Campus Den made a dramatic change to our website just before the holiday season, and more changes are coming. Read on to find out what to look for in 2020.

Print on Demand
All of our schools will be back, including Northern Michigan, Northwood University, Detroit Mercy, and Lake Superior State University. We will be doing this by bringing back our direct-to-garment (DTG) program. DTG printing allows us to provide garments using an on-demand basis, without having to hold a stock of pre-printed designs. The digital process is ultimately a money saver for our company, which allows us to give you the best prices possible.
Our graphic designers are operating at full force right now. We are coming up with new designs to offer, and retiring some of our classics. Keep your eyes affixed to Campus Den because new designs are approved every day. Check out our NEW gear as often as possible.
Like the designs on collegiate apparel, we are also expanding our regional offerings. There will be new designs to go along with the latest product we are already offering. You can get on our best selling items featuring the state of Michigan in-store and online. Also, be on the lookout for a brand new GR8ST8 website, coming later this year.
You will soon have the option of picking your item up in-store. Ship-to-store will help those that prefer not to pay shipping fees. It could also make an item available as soon as a few hours after making your purchase. Keep your eye out for this option later in 2020.
Loyalty will offer savings opportunities as the year progresses, and return customers will find a value like never before. Become an MVP online or a Season Ticket holder in-store to be in the know about all deals for loyal customers.
We will be bringing back our dropship selection. Dropshipping is a direct fulfillment method where we don't keep the products in stock. Instead, we sell a product and then purchase the item from a third party and have it shipped directly to you. We do this to present a more extensive array of products to our customers. We can offer oversized, fragile, unique, or customizable items using dropship methods.
Customer Service Upgrade
In 2020, we will also be focusing on honing our customer service skills. We want to be known as the company that cares about customer satisfaction. We will be offering coupons in return for your honest reviews of our online and in-store customer service experiences. Whether these reviews come from Google, Facebook, Twitter, or Yelp, both good and bad reviews will be rewarded, as we value all feedback. More details to come in Mid-2020.
