  • What is the Season Ticket Program?

    The Season Ticket is a free rewards program offered by Campus Den that lets you earn points on your purchases and redeem them toward a future purchase. It’s a reward program for doing what you already do: shop at Campus Den. It’s as simple as signing up, earning points, and redeeming!

  • What are the Season Ticket Program Benefits?

    The benefits of the Season Ticket Program include saving money by earning 10 points on each dollar of eligible purchase, building a receipt history for faster returns/ exchanges, and the ability to share the program with your family.

  • How do I join the Season Ticket Program?

    Important Note: Currently, our points system for in-store purchases and online purchases are not cross networked. Points earned using one shopping method are not automatically available using the alternate method. We are working on connecting our online points system to the program used in-store. Until this process is complete if you want to earn points online and redeem them in store, or vice versa, you will need to make a simple phone call to have your points transferred by our Customer Service Department before redemption. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are working hard to make this program fully operational between both platforms. It is best, to sign up on both platforms, if possible, to ensure the easiest transition.


    In-Store: You can join the Season Ticket Program at any Campus Den location by inquiring at the register before checkout.

    Online: All that it takes to join the online program is to create an account for our website. Click here to sign up for an account if you don't already have one. You must have an account on the Campus Den website to enjoy the benefits of Season Ticket.

  • Who is eligible for enrollment?

    Citizens of the United States and Canada at or above the age of 16 are eligible for enrollment in the program. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.

  • How do I earn Season Ticket points?

    Every dollar spent in-store or online is worth 10 points. Points will be awarded based on your subtotal after discounts. Tax, shipping and handling fees, and the purchase of gift cards will not earn points.

  • Which purchases qualify for points?

    Any product purchase qualifies for points. However, there are a few exclusions, tax, shipping and handling fees, and the purchase of gift cards will not earn points.

  • How can I ensure I get points for each eligible purchase?

    In-Store: Make sure you present your card or give the cashier your phone number or email address at the beginning of every transaction. Points are added automatically when the cashier connects your account to your purchase

    Online: Before making a purchase log into your account. Every purchase you make when logged in to your account will ensure you earn your points.

  • Can I see a list of my past transactions and how many points I received?

    In-Store: Any sales associate can look up your past transactions at the register.

    Online: You can view your past transactions and how many points you received by logging into your account. Once logged in you can see your points along with your points history by clicking on the Rewards Points link in the navigation.

  • I forgot to use my Season Ticket during my purchase, is there a way to add the points I would have earned to my account?

    In-Store: You can present the receipt to any sales associate to have points added. Allow for up to 72 hours for the points to be added. You can also submit your receipt number, date, and store, or a photo of your receipt to our Customer Service Department at webdepartment@campusden.com.

  • Can I earn Season Ticket points in a Campus Den Store? Online?

    In-Store: Yes, present your Season Ticket card, or alternate ID, to the associate at checkout. You will earn 4 points for every dollar you spend.

    Online: Yes. Please contact Customer Service. We will verify your information on the accounts. Once we verify that all accounts belong to you, we can integrate the points into one account.

  • Can I combine points if I have multiple Season Ticket accounts?

  • How many points can I earn?

    There is no limit to how many points you can earn currently. Please note the terms and conditions with the understanding that this program is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Do my points expire?

    There is no expiration date on the points you earn. Please note the terms and conditions with the understanding that this program is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • What happens to my earned points if I return items?

    If you return an item, the applicable point value for the item returned will be deducted from your total points.

  • Can I earn points paying with a gift card?

    Yes, you can pay with a gift card and earn points at the same time. Points earned depend on the amount of your purchase, not your payment method.

  • How do I redeem my points?

    In-Store: You can redeem your points at any time by asking a sales associate to apply them to your purchase. The sales associate will be prompted with the available point and reward value at the beginning of your transaction and will ask if you would like to apply your discount to the balance.

    Online: To redeem the points that you have earned just make that you login to your account prior to checking out. There will be a checkbox in the payments section that will allow you to see your point balance and to choose how many points you want to use for the purchase.

  • Is there a minimum amount I can redeem/How many points do I need to redeem?

    There is no minimum points balance required to redeem. You can choose to redeem any or all of your points at any time.

  • Is there a limit on how many points I can redeem at once?

    There is no limit on how many points you can redeem at once. You redeem as many as you are capable of saving.

  • Can I see the points I have redeemed?

    In-Store: This will show up on the receipt in which you’ve redeemed them. However, a sales associate can provide you with this information at the register.

    Online: You can view your past online transactions and how many points you received by logging into your customer account. Once logged in you can see your points along with your points history by clicking on the Rewards Points link in the navigation.

  • Can my redemption be combined with other promotional offers?

    Yes, you can redeem points with other promotional offers, however some restrictions may apply.

  • Can I redeem points toward a gift card purchase?

    Yes, you can use points toward the purchase of a gift card.

  • Can I redeem points that I earned online at a Campus Den store location or vice versa?
