How to return an item:

All purchases made on the Campusden.com website can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of receipt of order. All returns must be in like-new condition and will require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Please Note: We can't exchange or refund any apparel items that have been washed as they are unfit for sale. If however washing the item reveals a defect please contact us.

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Campus Den, except in the case of: Damaged/Defective items, Wrong item was sent, Flawed items. For any return reason marked "Qualifies for free return service" Campus Den will email a printable UPS return label to the customer (You can expect to receive a shipping label by email within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your RMA request).

There are two different processes for RMA request that depend on whether or not you signed up for an account before placing your order. Instructions for both methods are below.

If you created an account with us:


  1. Click on this link for Account Holder RMA.

  2. Enter your login information to access your account.

  3. Fill out the RMA form. Be sure to note if your return reason qualifies for free return service. Click the "Submit request" button

  4. You will see the RMA Pending page. Click on the "Print Packing Slip" link near the top-right of the page, and print that page.

  5. The address you need to ship the package to and all other info we need is on this sheet. Place the Packing Slip in with your items for return and ship the items back to us.

  6. Once you have shipped the package to us log back in, click on RMA, then click on "View Details" for your RMA and hit the "Confirm Shipping" link at the top-right of the page.

You can check the status of your RMA and leave comments for us on the My Account / RMA / View Details page. We will need to approve your RMA and once we have Refunded or Exchanged your items we will update the status of your RMA to reflect this change.

If you placed your order as a Guest (no account):


  1. Click on this link for Guest RMA.

  2. Enter the order number and the email address associated with your order.

  3. Fill out the RMA form. Be sure to note if your return reason qualifies for free return service. Click the "Submit request" button.

  4. You will see the RMA Pending page. Click on the "Print Packing Slip" link near the top-right of the page, and print that page.

  5. The address you need to ship the package to and all other info we need is on this sheet. Place the Packing Slip in with your items for return and ship the items back to us.

  6. You will get an email with a link back to the RMA Status page, follow this link then click on the "Confirm Shipping" link at the top-right of the page.

You can check the status of your RMA by following the link provided in the RMA email you recieved. We will need to approve your RMA and once we have Refunded or Exchanged your items we will update the status of your RMA to reflect this change.

All returns will be processed and credited in the manner in which your order was paid within one week of receipt of returned product. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
