How to return an item:

Return Policy

All purchases made on the Campusden.com website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of order. All returns must be in like-new condition and will require a return authorization number (RA#).

Please fill out the form below to obtain one. You will receive email confirmation of your RA# request after you submit the completed form. Once you obtain your RA# please write it on the outside of your return package and send it to us at:

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Campus Den will cover the return shipping charge if the problem was our mistake (You can expect to receive a shipping label by email within 1-2 business days from the time we receive you RA# request).

All returns will be processed and credited in the manner in which your order was paid within one week upon receipt of product and RA number. Please allow credits 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
