Order Processing Time:

Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. During Peak periods processing time may take longer. As a general rule of thumb, please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order.

note: We do not process or ship orders between 5pm Friday and 8am Monday.



Shipping and Handling:

Our orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order If you need express shipping please call our web department directly at 810-564-2610 to make special arrangements and to ensure your items are in stock. Additional charges will apply to all orders shipped express.


All orders in the continental U.S. under $75 ship for only $5.99 and orders over $75 ship free. AK and HI orders under $149.99 ship for $10 and orders over $150.00 ship free. International shipping rate is $22 under $150.00 and free over $150.00. To qualify for free shipping, your total minus shipping must be $75 or higher in the continental US, and your total minus shipping must be $150 or higher if outside the continental US.



International orders must be placed by phone for your safety.

Sales Tax and Shipping:

Campus Den is required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Michigan. The State of Michigan sales tax law includes shipping and handling as a taxable item. Campus Den may be required to charge sales tax on items that are sold in or shipped to a location outside the state of Michigan. However, generally sales tax does not apply for out of state transactions.
